Who We Are

We are a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering coordinated disability and mental health supports grounded in evidence, ethics, and everyday realities.

Multiple hands of different ages and skin tones stacked together in unity outdoors.

We are an NDIS-registered multidisciplinary disability and mental health practice delivering services across Victoria, with telehealth available Australia-wide.

We support children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, neurodivergence, psychosocial disabilities, trauma histories, and complex support needs.

Our work centres on emotional safety, dignity, autonomy, and practical outcomes that improve daily life.

All interventions are designed to make sense and make a difference!

WHY OUR MODEL WORKS

We design support around real life rather than service silos.

Whether you are accessing behaviour support, recovery coaching, counselling, support work, or coordination, your care is shaped by your goals, environment, relationships, and daily demands.

You are supported by one connected team that works collaboratively with your consent, aligning strategies and communicating clearly to reduce repetition, mixed messages, and gaps in care.

Our team maintains reflective practice, ongoing professional development, and transparent communication with families and professionals. This ensures your supports remain ethical, coordinated, and aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards while staying grounded in everyday contexts.

MEET THE FOUNDER

BMe Supports is led by Jade Schultz, an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, Developmental Educator, Counsellor, Family Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting people with disability and neurodivergent presentations across clinical, educational, and community settings.

Jade (a proud late-diagnosed neurospicy person herself) has a specialist focus on neurodivergence, informed by a strong personal, professional, and educational background. She holds a Master’s degree in Autism and Neurodivergent Studies.

She leads BMe Supports with a holistic, systems-focused approach that recognises behaviour, wellbeing, and participation within real-life contexts rather than in isolation. Her work prioritises emotional safety, regulation, and sustainable change through coordinated, ethical care for all who are experiencing complex disability, mental health, relational, and psychosocial challenges.

Jade brings extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and maintains an all-inclusive practice grounded in respect, equality, and empowerment.
