How do I cancel a session?

If you need to cancel a session with BMe Supports Group, please let us know as early as possible by one of the following methods:

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

What happens when I cancel a session?

As per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, BMe Supports Group may charge 100% of the scheduled fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

A short notice cancellation is defined as:

  • Cancelling a session with less than 7 clear days’ notice

  • Not attending a scheduled session within a reasonable time

  • Not being present at the agreed location when the support worker arrives
