Neuro-Affirming Counselling Therapy

Individual Therapy

Supporting personal well-being, identity, and emotional regulation.

Individual counselling provides a private, respectful space for you to explore your experiences, stressors, and goals with a qualified clinician. Sessions focus on practical strategies to support emotional regulation, recovery from burnout, anxiety management, trauma support, identity development, and day-to-day functioning.

Our approach is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed. We recognise diverse communication styles, sensory needs, and ways of processing the world. Sessions adapt to you, including pacing, structure, and environment, to support safety, engagement, and meaningful progress.

Counselling can be accessed through NDIS funding when aligned with your plan, privately, or in some cases through private health insurance. Services are available in person across our service regions and via telehealth Australia-wide.

Relationship Therapy

Helping couples build understanding, connection, and safety.

Couples counselling provides a structured space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and address patterns that impact your relationship. We support couples navigating differences in emotional regulation, communication styles, sensory needs, intimacy, executive functioning, and conflict.

Our approach is neuro-affirming and evidence-based. Sessions respect both neurodivergent and neurotypical ways of relating and focus on practical tools that improve understanding, emotional safety, and everyday connection.

Clinicians trained in the Gottman Method and Neurodivergent Friendly Couples Therapy deliver support that integrates research-informed strategies with real-world application. Services are available in person and via telehealth Australia-wide.

Family Therapy

Reconnecting families through trust, communication, and compassion.

Family therapy provides a structured, supportive space for families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address patterns that contribute to stress or conflict. We work with families navigating neurodivergence, disability, trauma histories, and complex dynamics.

Sessions focus on emotional repair, co-regulation, boundary setting, and practical strategies that support daily functioning and connection. Our clinicians take a systems-focused, neuro-affirming approach that considers the needs of each family member.

We have experience supporting high-conflict families, NDIS participants, and court-ordered reunification matters, delivering calm, balanced support within complex environments. Services are available in person and via telehealth Australia-wide.

Neurodivergent Therapy

Therapy for all neurodivergent people, including autistic, ADHD, PDA, and otherwise neurodivergent individuals.

This therapy is designed for people who want a space where they do not need to mask or justify how their brain works. Sessions provide practical support that respects different communication styles, sensory needs, and patterns of regulation.

Clinicians with ADHD-CCSP certification provide supportive care that helps you understand your identity, recover from exhaustion, manage sensory issues, improve decision-making skills, and attend sessions that adapt to your preferences, pacing, and goals.

Services are available in person across our service regions and via telehealth Australia-wide.
