Jade is a late-diagnosed neurodivergent practitioner with more than fifteen years of experience supporting disabled and neurodivergent people across clinical, educational, and community settings. She leads BMe Supports with a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach focused on inclusion, wellbeing, and sustainable support. Jade also trains families, educators, professionals, and workplaces to build stronger inclusive practices. Based in Geelong, she supports clients across the Geelong region, Golden Plains, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, and Australia-wide through telehealth services.

Richie Schultz
Director, Chief Financial Officer
Richie brings more than twenty-five years of experience in financial management, business operations, governance, and strategic planning across complex organisations and private business ownership. At BMe Supports, he oversees compliance, reporting systems, operational performance, budgeting, and long-term sustainability planning. Richie is known for his calm leadership, practical decision-making, and strong attention to detail in high-pressure environments. Outside work, he enjoys supercross, motorbikes, camping, caravanning, reading, and travelling with family. Richie supports the organisation from the Geelong region while overseeing operations across Australia. -
Amanda Schram
Business Operations Manager
Amanda brings more than fifteen years of experience across NDIS services, compliance, leadership, administration, business operations, and community engagement. She oversees operational systems, staff support, workflow management, and regulatory compliance at BMe Supports while also supporting participants with practical NDIS coordination and service implementation. Amanda is known for her organised leadership, collaborative communication, and commitment to ethical, participant-focused practice. Her professional background includes senior roles across NDIS organisations, Bunnings, Mitre 10, and private consulting. Based in Geelong, Amanda supports participants and teams across surrounding Victorian communities.

Grace Maputi
Practice Administration Manager
Grace is the Practice Administration Manager at BMe Supports and is the welcoming first point of contact for participants, families, and referrers at BMe Supports and brings more than five years of NDIS administration experience. She manages intake, scheduling, documentation, communication, and operational coordination to ensure responsive and organised service delivery across the practice. Known for her warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail, Grace helps families feel supported from their first interaction onward. As a mother of five, she brings exceptional organisation and calm leadership to every task. Grace supports daily operations from the Geelong region across the wider service network. -
Fabian McCalman
Individual & Relationship Therapist | Psychosocial Capacity Building Practitioner
Fabian is a registered counsellor providing NDIS-aligned therapeutic support focused on emotional wellbeing, relationships, stress management, anxiety, and life transitions. His integrative approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Inner Child-informed practice, and Gottman-informed relationship interventions tailored to individual participant goals. Fabian is known for his relaxed, relatable style that helps people feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the first session. He welcomes referrals from participants, families, and support coordinators seeking strengths-based counselling and practical therapeutic support. Fabian provides services from Bannockburn, Inverleigh, and Australia-wide through secure telehealth appointments.

Maggie Ritchie
Support Worker
Maggie is a qualified Social Worker with more than seven years of experience supporting individuals and families experiencing housing instability, family violence, disability, and complex psychosocial challenges. As a proudly neurodivergent practitioner, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her calm, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support approach. Maggie assists participants with community access, daily living skills, advocacy, social connection, and therapy attendance while encouraging confidence and belonging. Known for her compassion and grounded nature, Maggie provides flexible in-home and community support across Melbourne’s western suburbs, Geelong, and surrounding Victorian regions.
