A supervisor who understands the work behind the work
A broader perspective.
A personal approach.
Jade's work spans counselling, behaviour assessment, support planning and implementation. That breadth brings a useful perspective to supervision: space to explore the therapeutic relationship alongside the practical realities of supporting people and their teams.
Her neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach keeps the person in view. What might their experience be? What assumptions are we bringing? How do our decisions support dignity, choice and participation?
The focus is on developing your own reasoning, not handing you a script. Supervision with Jade makes room for reflection, respectful challenge and practical discussion about what you might try next.
You do not have to arrive with all the answers.
Bring the case you keep thinking about. The decision you want to explore. The conversation that did not go as expected.
There is room to be a developing practitioner, an experienced practitioner and a person affected by the work. Uncertainty can be a starting point for learning.
Two supervision streams
Choose the focus that fits your practice.
Tell us your role, where you are in your professional journey and what you want from supervision. We will discuss the appropriate stream and any formal requirements before you commit.
Counselling supervision
Reflect on your clinical work, case formulation and therapeutic relationships. Explore boundaries, professional identity and how to work thoughtfully with complexity.
For established and emerging counsellors, with enquiries also welcome from counselling students. Any placement or professional-body requirements need to be checked first.
One-to-one and group options via telehealth. Tell our team you are seeking counselling supervision.
Ask about counselling supervisionBehaviour support supervision
Work through Functional Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans and implementation questions. Consider the reasoning behind strategies, the person's experience and how progress is reviewed.
For emerging and established Behaviour Support Practitioners. Ethical practice, documentation and restrictive-practice responsibilities can be discussed within an agreed supervision scope.
One-to-one and group options, online or in person by arrangement. Tell our team you are seeking behaviour support supervision.
Ask about PBS supervisionUseful conversations, grounded in your work
More than reviewing a case.
Strengthen your reasoning
Connect observations, theory and the person's circumstances. Look at the options, the thinking behind your approach and how you will know whether it is useful.
Explore ethical questions
Think through consent, boundaries, competing responsibilities and the limits of your role. Make room for the questions that do not have a simple answer.
Support yourself in the work
Notice how the work affects you, reflect on your responses and discuss sustainable ways of practising. Your development matters alongside the work you do for others.
Reflection should connect back to practice.
A useful supervision conversation can leave you with a question to explore, an assumption to reconsider or a practical next step. The intention is to help you think with greater clarity, while keeping responsibility for your professional decisions where it belongs.
A considered start
Find the right fit before you begin.
Tell us what you need
Share your discipline, practice setting, preferred format and supervision goals. Include any professional-body, employer or course requirements, without sharing identifiable client information.
Discuss the fit with Jade
We check availability and whether the requested supervision is suitable. We also clarify fees, session length, individual or group options and any requirements that need confirmation.
Agree on the arrangements
Before starting, confirm the supervision agreement, goals, frequency, records, confidentiality and its limits. Any reporting to a course, employer or other organisation should be clear from the outset.
An enquiry is a starting point, not a confirmed booking. Fees, availability and any formal supervision requirements are agreed before sessions begin.
Clear expectations protect the working relationship.
Professional supervision is not the same as personal therapy or an on-call crisis service. Case discussions need to respect privacy and consent. Any separate assessment, competency endorsement or sign-off must be specifically discussed and agreed, not assumed to be included.
Before you get started
Questions are welcome.
Who is this supervision for?
Jade provides counselling and behaviour support supervision. Established practitioners, people developing their practice and counselling students can enquire. We will check your role, goals and any course or professional requirements to make sure the arrangement is suitable.
Can I access supervision outside Victoria?
Yes. Online supervision is available Australia-wide, subject to suitability and availability. Jade is based in Inverleigh, Victoria. In-person behaviour support supervision can also be discussed. Share your location, time zone and preferred format when enquiring.
Can I arrange individual or group supervision?
Both formats are offered. Tell the team whether you are seeking one-to-one supervision, asking about group options or enquiring for an organisation. Group availability, participants, purpose and confidentiality arrangements need to be agreed before sessions are booked.
Will this meet my professional or course requirements?
This needs to be checked for your situation. Provide the relevant requirements and confirm Jade's current credentials and eligibility for the supervision you need with the relevant body, employer or course. Do not assume that a session automatically counts towards registration, placement hours, competency assessment or a required sign-off.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Your name, preferred contact method, discipline, practice setting and what you hope to work on. You can also mention location, preferred times and any formal supervision requirements. Please do not send client names, NDIS numbers, reports, recordings or identifiable case notes through the enquiry form or general email.
What are the fees and session arrangements?
Ask BMe's team for current fees, session length and available formats. We will clarify payment arrangements, scheduling and relevant cancellation terms before booking. This is a professional supervision enquiry, not an application for participant-funded services.
Clinical Supervision with Jade Schultz
Bring the question.
We can start there.
Whether you are finding your feet or reflecting on years of practice, ask about supervision with Jade. Start with the work you do and the support you are looking for.
Enquiries go to BMe's team. Please say whether you are seeking counselling or behaviour support supervision and keep any case information de-identified.
Supervision is not an emergency response service. Follow the appropriate urgent escalation procedures for your workplace and role rather than waiting for a supervision session.
