BMe Supports  ·  Counselling & Therapy

Counselling & TherapyRoom to be yourself.

Support for individuals, couples and families, with room for different ways of thinking, feeling and connecting. Begin with what is happening for you, without needing to explain everything perfectly.

In-person options in Inverleigh and Bannockburn, with telehealth available Australia-wide where suitable. Locations and availability depend on the practitioner.

You can start with a question. An enquiry does not commit you to sessions.

Start where you are.
Talk about what matters.

You might have a clear goal, or just a sense that something needs to change. There is room to work out the next step together.

Your experience deserves to be heard.

  • Neuro-affirming support
  • Individual, relationship & family therapy
  • In person & telehealth

Different needs. A place to begin.

What would you like help with?

You do not have to fit your experience into a neat category. These are some of the starting points we can explore with you.

Individual counselling

Time to explore feelings, identity, stress or recurring patterns. Talk about what has been difficult and what you would like to understand or approach differently.

Relationships & couples

A place to talk about disconnection, hurt and communication. Explore what happens between you and what each person needs, rather than deciding who is right.

Families & connection

Look at the patterns affecting family life and make room for different perspectives. Discuss boundaries, misunderstandings and the changes your family would like support with.

Therapy does not have to look the same for everyone.

Let us know what helps you feel heard. You can ask about clear questions, more processing time, written prompts or breaks. We discuss what can be arranged with your practitioner, rather than expecting you to fit a single way of working.

The people you will be talking with

Meet Jade and Fabian.

Finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. Tell us about the kind of support you are seeking and any preferences you have for your sessions.

Jade's work includes relationship counselling and family therapy. Fabian's work includes individual and relationship therapy, inner-child work and psychosocial capacity building.

You can ask about working with Jade or Fabian. BMe's intake team will check practitioner suitability, location and availability before arranging the next step.

Start with what feels manageable

Two ways to get in touch.

Thinking about counselling?

Ask a question about support for yourself, your relationship or your family. Tell the intake team whether you prefer in-person sessions or telehealth, and who you would like to work with.

Ask about counselling

Ready to make a referral?

Use BMe's existing referral form and identify Counselling and Therapy as the service requested. If you are referring someone else, make sure you have their consent or the appropriate authority.

Make a referral

Know the details before you decide.

Ask about fees, session length, location and payment arrangements before booking. Private counselling is available. NDIS-funded counselling may be an option when the support is appropriate to your plan and circumstances; this needs to be checked, not assumed. Relationship and family services should not be assumed to be NDIS-funded.

From referral to your first conversation

A clear next step.

  1. Tell us what you need

Let the team know the support you are seeking, your location and any preferences about the practitioner or session format.

  2. Discuss a suitable option

We check the practitioner's scope and availability, and discuss fees, funding where relevant and the intake requirements.

  3. Agree on the next step

If suitable support is available and you choose to proceed, we explain the consent process and arrange an appointment with you.

After receiving a referral, our team will contact you within 2–3 business days. A referral does not confirm an appointment or guarantee funding.

Questions are welcome

Before you get started.

Can I ask a question before making a referral?

Yes. Use the contact page, phone or email. You can ask about the service, practitioner fit and practical arrangements without committing to sessions or sending a detailed personal history.

Can I ask to work with Jade or Fabian?

Yes. Tell BMe's intake team your preference. We will check whether the practitioner can provide the support you are looking for and discuss availability. Naming a practitioner in an enquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Are telehealth sessions available?

Telehealth is available Australia-wide where suitable. In-person options include Inverleigh and Bannockburn, depending on the practitioner. Tell us your location and preferred format so we can check the available options.

Is this for individuals, couples or families?

The service includes individual, relationship and family therapy. Each practitioner has their own scope. Tell the team who the sessions would be for, including the age of anyone seeking support, so an appropriate option can be discussed.

Can I use NDIS funding?

NDIS-funded counselling may be available when it is appropriate to your plan and the support requested. The team needs to confirm the arrangements before sessions begin. Do not assume that every counselling, relationship or family service is funded. Private payment options can also be discussed.

How can sessions work with my communication preferences?

Tell us what helps you communicate and what can make a conversation harder. You can ask about processing time, a clearer structure, breaks or telehealth. We will discuss what your practitioner can arrange.

You can begin with a question

You don't need the perfect words.

Tell us what you would like support with. We will help you work out who to speak with and what the next step could be.

For an initial enquiry, please avoid sending NDIS numbers, clinical reports or sensitive personal details by email. Ask the team how to provide any documents needed for intake.

This is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, call 000.
