We seek to understand what is happening around a person—not simply reduce or suppress behaviour. Our work considers strengths, sensory needs, relationships, communication, environment, trauma history, autonomy and quality of life.
Neuro-affirming and trauma-informed
We respect different ways of communicating, processing, regulating and participating. Support is adapted to the person rather than expecting the person to adapt to a rigid service model.
Practical and individualised
Recommendations are designed for the person’s actual home, relationships, school, workplace and community—not an idealised environment that does not exist.
Collaborative, with consent
We can work alongside families, schools, support coordinators and existing providers. Information is shared with appropriate consent and regard for privacy, dignity and choice.
Professional and accountable
Our practitioners combine assessment, clinical reasoning, reflective practice and clear documentation with strategies people can realistically understand and use.

What would you like to know?
Do I need an NDIS plan?
Not for every service. Some supports may be accessed through NDIS funding, while counselling and clinical supervision can also be paid for privately. Counselling may be claimable through some private health insurers, depending on the clinician and your policy.
Who does BMe Supports work with?
We work with children, young people, adults, families, couples, schools, support teams, organisations, counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Where are services available?
In-person services are available through Inverleigh and relevant service regions around Geelong. Selected services are available through telehealth Australia-wide.
Can you work with our existing providers or school?
Yes. With appropriate consent, we can collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators, therapists, medical practitioners and other members of the person’s support team.
What happens after I make a referral?
Our team reviews the referral, contacts you to clarify needs, discusses funding and availability, and identifies an appropriate service or practitioner where possible.
What if I do not know which service I need?
You can still contact us. Explain what is happening and what you would like support with, and our intake team will help identify a suitable starting point.
Not sure where to start?
You do not need to have all the answers before contacting us. Tell us what is happening, what support is already in place and what you hope will change. Our team will help you identify the most appropriate next step.
